Isn't it? Then there is Intenzivka, a 6-hour offline training for directors and managers of non-profits (project, process, IT, HR...). You'll learn how to successfully digitize any process and try it out on the area that burns you the most. This can be anything from communications, to project, finance or people management, to data management, security or the use of AI. You'll also learn how to work with your team to embrace and use the new changes.
You'll then function better as an organization , with more time to focus on your mission and greater impact.

Matěj is a service designer and researcher at Česko.Digital, focusing on the transformation of the non-profit sector.
He has a good idea of the challenges that nonprofits face in the digital field and how digitally advanced they are. He will give you the most useful takeaways from his 8+ years of experience in process mapping and implementing change in companies and nonprofits.
