Who we are

Community Česko.Digital

An integral part of Česko.Digital is a community of (not only) expert volunteers from many fields, from IT to project management to marketing, who help the state and non-profit organizations in their free time, thus changing the Czech Republic for the better.

It was founded in 2019 by Jakub Nešetřil, Radka Horáková and Eva Pavlíková. The goal of Česko.Digital is a future in which technology serves people, regardless of time, place or social conditions.

Expert volunteers

The most important ones, without whom it wouldn't work. A large part of the Česko.Digital community are expert volunteers from many fields, from IT to project management to marketing. Their role is irreplaceable - pro bono they have helped or are helping the state and non-profit organizations with digitalization, changing the Czech Republic for the better. Core team

The number of tribal team members changes irregularly, but the aspirations and values remain the same. With paid time and the necessary context, the tribal team is fully committed to the development of the organisation, service design and community care. At the same time, they create the organisation's strategy and branding to help achieve the goals set. It is also responsible for communicating the organization's benefits and uniqueness and building relationships with government, nonprofits, the public and other organizations.

We want to be an expert, a driver and a connector when it comes to the digital transformation of the Czech Republic. I am here to help explain to everyone from citizens to civil servants to IT experts and politicians why they must not miss out. In short, I want to get everyone excited about our vision and keep them excited. Better services are possible!

My main task is to ensure that the Services.Digital project meets ambitious expectations and supports the creation of cutting-edge public digital services that simplify life, strengthen trust in the state and strengthen the competitiveness of the Czech Republic.

Project Manager

I'm in charge of the Nezisk.Digital project, where I do the planning, coordination and evaluation so that our solutions fit perfectly with the needs of the nonprofits. I'm building a community of volunteers to guide these organizations through their digital transformation journey. My goal is that digital tools really help nonprofits grow.

I take care of the Česko.Digital community and help build and maintain the online environments in which we operate. Open discussion forum Discuss.Digital, a community Slack, a platform with opportunities for engagement. I also design the background processes to make everything work as it should.

At Česko.Digital we do great things. But if we don't brag about them, it's as if they don't exist. Words are my tool and it's my job to make sure that our message always reaches the right people in the right form. I work on this with the whole team and the volunteers *volunteers.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is composed of experienced experts with different competences. It helps with the direction of the organisation and spreads its good name. It also supports the CEO, consults and proposes solutions for important milestones of the organisation and ensures compliance with legislation and rules. He consults on an ongoing basis and meets every 3-4 months.
