UX Researcher*Researcher

We are looking for a UX Researcher* for the Movapp project(https://www.movapp.cz/). Do you want to help Ukrainian refugees to cope with situations in Czech environment and learn Czech?

Movapp has reached tens of thousands of users in its one year of existence. It has helped them from the first weeks of their stay in the Czech Republic with basic communication in Czech. And it helps them continue to live in the Czech environment and learn our language.

We're looking for enthusiasts to join the team to help with UX research - "testing" our content with users and sharing those insights with project colleagues. The goal is to help improve our app to make it as helpful as possible for users. 

What you'll be working on:

• development of a simple research methodology - here our experienced UX designer Bára will be at your service 
• focus groups / in-depth interviews with the target group / observed interactions 
• use of quantitative methods such as surveys or data analytics
• design of design prototypes

What you can use with us:

• experience with user research
• desire to work in Figma :)
• knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian will be an advantage, on the other hand your Czech doesn't have to be perfect

We would be happy to welcome someone for a long-term cooperation (for us it means at least 2 months), if only for a few hours a week.
