Recruiter

You can work as a Recruiter for one or more projects. It's a key role on the project and in the community, because well-selected colleagues with good expectations can build a quality digital product for the client and users.

What's in store for you?
You can take your role in a classic way and support the team with the following activities:
- finding suitable colleagues for the team
- working with the database and volunteer records
- preparing and drafting requests for individual roles
- communicating with role applicants

You can also help the Scrum Master with new approaches on the project:
- help with welcoming newcomers and jump into the team
- organize a hackathon
- organize a team kick-off (setting up team agreements)
- organize an offline team meeting - teambuilding
