it into your daily life.
In the webinar you will discuss what meditation is and what types of meditation exist. We will also discuss what meditation is good for and how to practice it. We will also try to meditate together for a few minutes. Finally, we will take your questions.

Libor Šulák has been meditating for 25 years since he was looking for a way to calm his mind in college. Meditation has helped him and continues to help him fulfill this goal.
