If you have ever worked in a successful Scrum team, you know how much it helps when the team is stable, fully dedicated and sitting at the same table. But how do you effectively collaborate on short volunteer projects where most people are part-timers and work remotely?

Who will lead the webinar?

Karel Smutný - Agile Org Designer, Professional Scrum Trainer.
Karel is an Agile transformation and organizational design consultant, Scrum trainer at ScrumDojo.cz and programmer. For more than 13 years he has worked with dozens of organizations, from start-ups to established technology companies to multinational corporations. In these, he has "left his mark" on nearly a hundred teams, benefiting from a very rich experience. Karel focuses on "decalcifying" (simplifying) organizations, building team accountability and technical excellence. As a long-time developer, he emphasizes sustainable architecture, readable code and automation. Karel worked with Česko.Digital to create the current Scrum-based project methodology.
