What will the webinar be about?

In non-violent communication we talk about 4 basic elements. Observation, feelings, needs and requests. In our third webinar we will focus on the topic of needs.

It is only when we stop saying what we want and get down to the true essence - to the level of our needs and peek at how other people have it in our interactions and conversations that we can find common ground with others. No, we're not talking about compromise. We're talking about agreement. We're talking about the fact that there are solutions that are good for both parties.

In the webinar we will discuss:

1. the relationship between needs and emotions that influence our perceptions and reactions,
2. the difference between what we want, demand or expect and what we really need,
3. how to figure out what we need in different situations.

Who will lead the webinar?

Sandra Fridrich has spent most of her working life in the world of financial corporations. Her work experience across project management, marketing, education and business development has led her to complex projects that companies now call transforming the corporate environment.
As she puts it, her mission is to give new life to broken and dysfunctional teams. She is often in the role of a kind and firm guide for CEOs and business owners on their journey in creating a sustainable and motivating environment or transforming from a hierarchical management system to a free (and accountable!) one.
