Nonviolent Communication #2 (Emotions)

Why is it important to talk about emotions in communication and especially in difficult communication?
How do we talk about them? And when is it too much? And is there any way to stop them?
How do they affect what we say and also what we hear?
And how many emotions do you know?
How do you answer the question, how are you? And what other dimension can this question have?
In the next talk, we'll illuminate the vocabulary of emotions and feelings and delve into their secrets.. and hopefully even de-demystify and correct them a bit. Especially the common phrase that "emotions don't belong at work".
