For the second year, the Festival of Creative Bureaucracy is turning the culture of "It's Not Going" on its head. We connect and support the best people in Czech offices, seeking inspiration at home and abroad. Roundtables, lectures, discussions and workshops - and an open war against narrow-mindedness and resortism. Come and put the Czech public administration on its feet!
