Petr Gavlas will take you on a tour of MS SharePoint as an integration platform for centralized task management. He will also discuss the digitization of internal processes or the implementation of ITIL in the public administration.

Who will lead the webinar?

Benedikt Kotmel from OICT

Benedikt is the head of the Golemio Data Platform. He has 9 years of IT & Management experience in Public Administration and Consulting and has himself received multiple awards for his contributions in the field of Public Administration Data. He is responsible for leading and developing the analytics and product team, presenting the project to the public, communicating with project partners and the City Council, and leading key data projects.

Petr Gavlas

Petr Gavlas studied applied informatics and economics and management. He is the Director of the Department of Informatics at the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic. His activities include process analysis, digitalization of processes and implementation of new technologies in the environment of state administration. He believes that the state can be an effective partner for citizens and the business community not only through digitalization.
